  • Eligibility review: trading status, liabilities, asset position

  • Filing with the CRO and confirmation of strike off

Who needs this service?

Founders and directors of dormant, non-trading, or surplus-to-requirements Irish companies. Holding companies that are no longer in use. Sole-purpose companies that have completed their function.

When you need it

Once the company has stopped trading, has settled all liabilities, and the directors are ready to formally close it. Leaving a dormant company on the register attracts annual return obligations and CRO late-filing penalties indefinitely.

How it works

  1. 1

We review eligibility and request Revenue clearance.

  2. 2

We prepare the H15 and director declarations for signature.

  3. 3

We publish the statutory notice and file with the CRO.

  4. 4

After the 3-month notice period, the CRO strikes the company off.
