Complete AML verification
As a licensed TCSP, we are required by law to verify the identity of all directors and beneficial owners before filing. You will receive a straightforward checklist. Most clients complete this within 24 hours.
Receive your Certificate of Incorporation
Once AML is complete, we file with the CRO. Standard processing takes three to five working days. You receive your Certificate of Incorporation, your company number, and your first Annual Return date.
Not all company formation providers are the same
In Ireland, anyone can offer company formation services online. Most are unregulated. Workhub is different. A company formed through a licensed, regulated TCSP is in a stronger position when opening a business bank account than one formed through an unregulated online service.
